How do I order?
You can securely check out any of our product offerings and in some cases we can always special order an item that you don't see. In the event the item is not in stock at all, we will let you know when we will be getting the items again as we receive regular shipments from Europe.
How do I pay?
All our payments are taken via our shopping cart. The processing is done by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still use any standard form of payment.
How much is shipping?
That depends on how many products you would like to order. If you plan to order from us, when sending an e-mail about what product you want please provide your full address, that way we can give you the best shipping price.
You have a choice on the type of shipping as well. We ship our items by Fed Ex or by USPS.
Please obtain a return authorization from our sales department and mark it clearly on the outside of the shipping container. Make sure you pack in accordance with the carriers requirements. Returns or exchanges must be shipped back to us within 30 days of invoice date. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned inventory items. We do not issue credits or refunds on special order items, electrical items or items that have been modified, installed or otherwise rendered not saleable.Refunds are made once we receive the returned items.
We offer a 60 day limited warranty from the date of invoice to the original purchaser, not to exceed the original purchase price. In addition, all manufacturers' extended warranties remain in effect. We will not pay for consequential, incidental or contingent damage or expenses. Specifically not covered are items used for racing, rallying, or off-road use and items that have been altered or improperly installed.Any wheels that have had tires mounted are not returnable for a refund or credit.
We make no warranty as to suitability for intended use and specifically make no warranties for any any parts used in racing or competitive applications.Purchasers expressly affirm they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase suitable goods.
• Damaged/Lost In Transit
Refuse delivery when the driver attempts to deliver a damaged package. It is your responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery. If the package was dropped off, promptly call USPS at 1-800-275-8777, Fed-Ex at 1-800-463-3339 dial * or call us at 1-727-992-0288. We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. When in stock, we will promptly replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive a claim number from the carrier. Please understand it is your responsibility to secure the package when the driver delivers to your address. Loss after delivery will not be covered.
• Special Orders
All Special Orders in transit from our suppliers are not cancelable. We may at our discretion cancel a Special Order if we feel it is an item we can sell. In that case a 25% Service Charge will be charged if you cancel an in-transit Special Order.
